Our Role

Planet Positive Investing is a notification service operated by Vegan Investing Club, Inc., a for-profit corporation. Our communications are notifications of public information displayed on registered, regulated crowdfund portals such as Wefunder and StartEngine. We do not act as a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial planner.

Our Fees

Planet Positive Investing uses best practices in transparency with our members as we pursue our mission of growing the sustainable and planet-positive economy. We want you to know:

We receive flat fees from companies for announcing their crowdfunds to our members.
We choose these companies because we believe they can make an impact.
We do not receive commissions based on how much is invested.
We do not handle your funds at any point.
We do not charge members any fees — ever.
We do not receive a kickback if you invest.

We do not charge members. Instead, revenue is generated from marketing fees paid by companies who wish to be featured in our alerts. This is how we sustain the platform while keeping membership permanently free.

Once you receive an announcement, you must visit the regulated portal to see all offering information. That is where you can invest if you choose to do so.

SEC Rule 17(b) Disclosure

      In accordance with SEC Rule 17(b), whenever we receive compensation to promote a security, we disclose the amount and nature of that compensation within the announcement itself. All companies featured on our platform are listed on regulated portals subject to SEC oversight and the rules of FINRA-registered funding portals.
    

How We Select Companies

We will tell you about companies whose products and services we respect and believe in. We select companies because we believe they align with our mission to accelerate the impact economy and because we believe they have a credible chance at meaningful returns.

That said, selection by Planet Positive Investing is not a guarantee of performance, viability, or investment suitability. You must make your own decision about whether investing is appropriate for your individual financial situation.

Assumption of Risk

When investing through equity crowdfunding, you assume all risk. Early-stage companies are high-risk investments. You may lose some or all of your investment. Past performance of any company featured is not indicative of future results.
