Planet Positive Investing (PPI) is a free membership community founded by Mark Perlmutter that connects everyday investors to equity crowdfunding opportunities in sustainable, plant-based, and climate-positive startups. We believe capital should flow to companies solving real environmental and health problems — not just generating profit at the planet's expense.
When a planet-positive startup opens a regulated crowdfunding round on portals like Wefunder, Republic, or StartEngine, we notify our members directly. We vet each company for mission alignment, founder credibility, and commercial traction before featuring them. Our most recent featured deal is OSHI — a breakthrough food-tech company with patented "Modular Layering" technology producing whole-cut plant-based salmon fillets, heading to over 686 retail stores nationwide.
Membership is always free. PPI earns revenue through marketing fees paid by companies for announcing their rounds. We never handle your funds, never charge membership fees, and never receive commissions based on whether you invest. Full fee disclosures are included in every announcement we send.

No. Planet Positive Investing is not a registered investment adviser. We provide notifications about publicly available crowdfunding opportunities. All investment decisions are yours to make independently. Please read our full disclaimer before investing.
When we announce a crowdfunding round, we include a direct link to the regulated crowdfunding portal (e.g., Wefunder). You create an account on that portal, review the full offering documents, and invest directly through them. PPI does not handle or process any investment funds.
