No– Investments are made on the crowdfund portal–we give you that link in every email. Once you receive an announcement with that link, go to the regulated crowdfund portal to view details of the company offering and then you can make your investment there.

All companies PPI announces will be in the early-stage, raising money on a regulated crowdfund portal where it is legal for anyone to invest in startups. We like to see:

  • A defined exit strategy and smart use of funds.
  • Traction or a compelling idea.
  • A reasonable valuation, bonus shares for early investors, and minimum investment of $100.

No. We are neither. No transactions take place on our site. We simply notify members of exciting crowdfund offerings. 

Yes, investing in young companies is risky. Conventional wisdom suggests diversifying into ten or more startups each year with a similar amount can be wise.
